The first process of the machine is the cotton and chemical fiber processing machine. The cotton, chemical fiber sent from the previous process, such as opening and combing. Curled, lumpy wadding becomes unbent single fiber, and in the process, the short fluff of broken seeds and impurities left by the rolling process is removed, and then processed directly into quilt covers.
